Ocean Shores Community Club

Most residential lots in Ocean Shores are part of this private non-profit recreational organization. There is a large clubhouse at the southeast end of the peninsula where you will find a remodeled fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, indoor basketball court, and game room. Many social activities and events are held there. In addition, there are four parks and two outdoor pools. Member properties have annual dues of $195. There are a few properties that opted out of this lifetime membership during a one-time opt out in 1989. So, make sure to check if the property you are interested in is part of the club. If so, dues are mandatory whether the club is used or not. The club has the power to place a lien against your property for unpaid dues. Contact the club manager for more information.
